Braun Oral B electric toothbrush - which is best?

Which model can you recommend? They seem to vary in price from £10 to over £100 - I would spend up to about £30-40, but do I need to?

(Went to dentist today, my teeth are a right state. Word of advice - don't bother with 'natural' toothpaste unless your teeth are already very strong )
