Takes a bit of adjustment - the 1st time we did it was hilarious as we kept losing rhythm. Found it later though.

They do get very warm, mind (in the literal sense of the word), so duvet comes off mouch more quickly these days

itchyandscratchy · 07/04/2009 18:23

have bought one with some some of aereating system or some such crap which helps with temperature allegedly

Much less noisy. And yes, it does heat up very quickly, the foam has insulating properties which makes it very cosy to sleep in.

itchyandscratchy · 07/04/2009 18:36

ooooo i can't wait!!

(for the mattress, not necessarily the mattress-related sex)

GossipMonger · 07/04/2009 18:42

Tis great!

But DO NOT BE FOOLED INTO GETTING MEMORY FOAM PILLOWS as they are as HARD as bricks!

itchyandscratchy · 07/04/2009 18:44

Don;t you be fooled by the Trolley! I might start giving motivational talks at WI meetings "How I Bought A Shopping Trolley And Still Had Hot Sex"

(made hotter by the memory foam)

sassy · 07/04/2009 18:47

strawberrybubbles · 10/04/2009 17:43

luv this post lol xx

seeker · 10/04/2009 17:46

Depends on who you're having it with!

mustrunmore · 10/04/2009 17:49

Er, dunno, cos ever since we got ours, ds2 found out how comfy it is and climbs in our bed, so we have to shag downstairs before we go to bed
The pillows take some getting used to, but I quite like mine now.

This thread has just been pointed out to me and I feel it is of vital importance that I draw your attention to it as I am thinking of buying a memory foam mattress, and don't wish to ruin my lovelife.

Any more opinions, please don't hold back!

Giyadas · 13/02/2012 23:06

Why not just start a new one?

cutteduppear · 13/02/2012 23:14

cutteduppear · 13/02/2012 23:34

Sorry Grin didn't realise people minded about using old threads, it's just that I thought there were some useful comments here, that's all. Wanted to continue the discussion.
