Can I have your recommendations for what new phone I should get please?

I'm looking to get two new mobiles, one for me and one for DP. They don't have to be the same phone (in fact they probably won't be) but we don both want all the usual gizmos.

We are totally out of the loop when it comes to what is out there now, so any suggestions would be welcome.

the bat power is pants so you need to charge every 2 days if using the web/mn/itunes
