DD is 4 months old and we've been using the tommee Tipee suresound monitor with teh sensor pad with no porblems. However in teh last few days, teh parent unit (which we always ahve connected at the plug so its nto a battery issue), has started to cut out, flash a red light on top indicating signal failure,and comes on/off bleeping and flashing intermittently. Ive changed the channels, turned it all off and on, and doen everything i can think of.
As you can imagine this is really annoying, and is not giveing us the peace of mind anymore.
I have thrown away the box, lord knows where the recepit is, and the customer careline number i found on the website never answers depsite 2 days of trying?
Has anyone else had experience of this?
