Sorry for having a duh moment. We're (finally) having our new bathroom fitted.

I got a shaver point installed because we always use a sonic toothbrush and I figured it would be more convenient to have it in the bathroom than transporting the toothbrush back and forth to the bedroom...anyway, toothbrush charger says 230v, socket says 230v, two pins - fits fine. but DH is refusing to plug it in because it says 'shavers only' above the plug socket.

Well as far as I can tell thats just to stop people trying to plonk hairdryers in there and stuff, not electric toothbrushes. I'm trying to tell him not to be so daft but he doesnt believe me. So now I'm doubting...

I can plug the toothbrush into the shaver point -right??
