sunshade that actually works - any suggestions!

Although I know that we have probably had all the nice weather this year I am looking for a sunshade that shades the child when you move around without having to be adjusted every five seconds.

We originally had a M&P sunshade - the oblong shaped one - and although this was OK it became warped and then broke. We then had a mothercare umbrella type and that was awful - never really gripped on the pushchair and never seemed to shade the baby.

I have looked at the 'rayshade' on bump to 3 and it looks good but don't want to spend more money on something that does not work.

We have a multitude of pushchairs which we use for different purposes - maclaren, P&T, M&P orb3in1, and a urban detour.

ANy suggestions gratefully received

i have a rayshade and it is good.
but I somtimes wish I didn't have to have the hood up the whole time. be nice to get a bit more air circulating.
that's the only fault I can find with it though!

oooooh, now there was another thread about this recently that came up with something good. Let me see if I can find it.......

I also rate the rayshade. Shades my lo brilliantly and it can extend all the way to the foot of the buggy so they can sleep well too.

here

It was the rayshade that was recommended!

DD is the palest person I have ever seen and after much angst last summer I went for the shade a babe. Of course it pissed it down from the day it arrived but the few occasions we used it down by the sea it was fab and was so much better than having to fanny around with parasols.

Rayshade is pretty good but I think the solar shade by Outlook looks even better as it wouldn't wobble in the wind so much (rayshade not so good when it's windy AND sunny). Rayshade folds up nice and small though into itself (or the bag).

Thanks everyone. I think the shade a baby looks too enclosed so the rayshade or solarshade it is

Thanks again

Lori
