Are either of them heavy to push or difficult to steer?

Love my M&P pulse/beat. Dont think they are that heavy or hard to steer.

Hi Nappy got your CAT.

Out of all the buggies I have had, and believe me I have loads over a 10 year period (I walk everywhere and therefore the wheels wear out fast!) the best without a doubt was the Cosatto. I can't remember the name of it but it was from Toys R Us, it had the biggest seat to hold my ds (he is large!). I had the Mamu from Argos (which is made by M & P for them) but the plastic bit where the child puts their foot broke in two. Have had loads of MacLaren's too but the Cosatto without doubt was the best.

This is the one I had. That is a good price, mine cost £109.99 about 2/3 years ago
