cotton pajamas with collar

I'm looking for some cotton pajamas with a collar. The collar is important so that we can attach our DS's dummy strap to it. [hangs her head with shame emoticon] Has anyone seen any in the shops or online?

Our DS is 2 but he is tall so needs 3-4yrs clothing.

Thanks! Have taken a look at their websites and Jojo has some but a bit old fashioned looking for us. If only he'd sleep without his dummy!!!
