Anyone know where to buy proper jogging strollers? E.g. large wheels, not just for walking/trekking?
Thanks!

Hello

Just to say I have got a Baby Jogger II - and yes, I do go running with it. It is brilliant, really lightweight and easy to manoeuvre (sp?), and we've taken it on all sorts of off-road trails, hills, beaches, snow. It was designed by a runner and is a dream to push. Go for a model with at least 16 inch wheels - I think the Babyjogger also comes with 20 and 24 inch wheels. It's not suitable for newborns, although I think the latest model reclines (mine doesn't). I put ds in it from about 6 weeks for walking and starting running with him when he was about 4 months. We started taking him on off-road trails from about 6-7 months. You will need a smaller buggytype pushchair though - forget pushing a jogger round the shops or taking it on public transport - it's just too big. The Babyjogger chassis folds flat and all the wheels are quick release, but make sure it fits in the boot of your car.

Whatever model you get, have fun.
