Are Maclaren XLR's on offer anywhere?

I must be the worst web searcher ever, but does anyone know if these are on offer anywhere? Mothercare has the pink and coffee on offer but I have a ds so that's no good.

Also what exactly is the difference between the XT and the XLR? is it worth paying the extra for the XLR?

i didn't like my xlr, is very heavy, v.big folded. i was disappointed in short. much preferred my old grey xt!

is the xt a lot different then. I haven't really been able to work out what is different between them , but haven't as yet compared them side by side in rl.

yes seat on xlr is wider (so that it can accomadate carseat) it is heavier, includes seat liner and footboot.

Is that it then ! In that case I'll probably be better off getting the xt. It's the lifetime gaurentee that I like the sound of and the fact you adjust the handles as dp is started to get a bad back (old age ) and pushing our current pushchair is not doing him any good.

yep maclarens are fab, but xlr is v.heavy/large folded so go for xt!
