Tumble Dryer problems

My 2 year old whirlpool tumble dryer is not working any more, it is still turning but not heating the clothes to dry them. Its a condenser model. I have cleaned out everything I can in it.
We had a repair man out to look at it this morning, he thinks it could be the circuit board but is not sure, this part alone costs over £100.

Has anyone else had this problem and been able to fix it easily or would I be better off buying a new one

Thanks

DISCLAIMER I AM NOT A TUMBLE DRYER EXPERT, however thanks to the power of google this is what I would probably try:

www.ronstultz.com/knowledge/Documents/Clothes%20Washer%20and%20Dryer%20Appliance%20Repairs.htm

www.fixya.com/support/t614883-dryer_not_drying_clothes

but that's because I'm a cheapskate and decent condenser dryers cost over £400 and you shouldn't need to replace a piece of equipment that is just 2 years old.

Most tumble dryers have a reset button on the back, a little red one normally, pressing it does the trick.

Thanks Libra, you are better at googling than me. I must've spent about 2 hours last night looking up about this.

I also hate the thought of buying a new one

Going to print this out now
