backpacks with wheels that turn into buggies

I just stumbled upon this which LOOKS great...

I would LOVE a buggy which I can just pick up when needs be....

Does any one have any experience of them?

Are they good? Can they go from being a buggy to a backpack (and vice versa) relatively quickly? Is it a one-(wo)man job?

Any advice or comments - good or bad - would be gratefully receieved.

We had one which turned in to a shopping trolley on wheels thing (with just two wheels which you towed along behind you) I think it was by mothercare. It was okay but better as a back carrier. The one in the picture looks a bit flimsy IMO.
