Depends what type of company it is I suspect. Are you looking for just the line manager or more the CEO?

TheDevilWearsPrimark · 24/03/2009 09:06

Send it to the CEO you probably won't get a personal response but someone senior will deal with it, and quickly.

thanks tequila,

It's a famous high street store.

I emailed a complaint/query a month ago.

I have had replies from three DIFFERENT people over these weeks, but cannot get a CLEAR statement out of them. It is amazing that they call themselves the "Customer Services" department.

They all sign their emails with their cutsey first names.

I just want someone who has a surname and who can answer in an intelligent manner. Want the boss of Customer S. Though I don't mind the CEO. I could call them later I suppose.

Why does it have to be the internet? IMO you will get a lot further using the phone and asking who you can talk to.

TequilaMockinBird · 24/03/2009 09:30

Some companies have 2 websites. 1 for customers to purchase from and 1 which will give company information etc.

Best thing is to probably Google them. Or Google 'CEO of XXXX' and see if there are any news stories etc. which he/she may be mentioned in.

MayorNaze · 24/03/2009 09:31

ask them. politely.

than demand to know
