curtains or material for boys room: dark with stars or rockets?

i love the laura ashley stars fabric in the pale blue but its sold out.

can anyone help?

oh, and i'm looking at about 200 - 220 cm length (its an old house, long windows!)

I had the same problem as you - and bought some double sheets and put curtain tape on them. They are a most gorgeous shade of dark blue, and now the dses are apparently moving off the space theme (which they have had for around 4 yrs) they still match with the new 'trains' theme
I just made tiebacks for the plain curtains, with the same fabric as the rocket stuff which the rest of the bedding was in. IIRC, the 'tiebacks' had a former life as a pillowcase - but they looked beautiful on the plain curtains!!
With windows that size you just don't wanna be replacing them every time the dses decide they fancy a new theme

I need curtains for my ds as well. He says he's not too old for his old power rangers set, but at nearly 11 I think he needs a bit of guidance in the curtain department.
