Washable carpet/rug, preferably with a waterproof backing?

Any idea whether such a thing exists, and where I can get one?

Dd is finally getting her own bedroom and I want to put some rugs down as we have no carpets. Unfortunately she has bladder problems, and I know that she will inevitably wet herself when playing, so the rug needs to be washable. Also the floor is vile chipboard, that just soaks up moisture, which is why the rug needs to have some sort of waterproof backing.

And ideas?

You can get playmats, they are usually washable and have a plastic backing my DS has a car mat as a rug from Ikea, I am sure they probably do girls ones too. You could try there.

would you not be better putting down some lino in her room? then you could put a machine washable rug on top?
