anyone got a hoover frost free fridge/freezer

and are the items in your freezer rock hard or sort of hard, and how long does it take for ice cubes (in a bag) to freeze for you

i think mines kaputt

some one must have one pls

My parents bought one a few months back ... the back of the fridge is covered in about 3" of ice and the freezer doesn't freeze properly - bread soft-ish. They're waiting for a replacement!
