Can anyone help me find a cupcake bunting sort of light shade for my children's bedroom?

We have very high ceilings. I fancy a big, poncey, cupcake bunting sort of thing. Maybe one of those great long pointy things that end in a tassel? Does anyone know what I mean or where to find it?

I can't find any cupcake bunting online boutiquey homeware shops.

And I can't think of what to google for one of those pointy lamp shades.
