Does anyone with a gas bbq know what the pros/cons are between one with a domed lid like this compared with a flatbed like this?
(Apart from the obvious difference, which is the price!) I presume you can keep food warm/still cooking under the domed lid, but perhaps have to keep the flat lid up while it's in use? If so, would that really matter?
