I am easily influenced

For wearing my 6 week old around the house. I have a hotsling (pouch) which is great when out as it can be put on and off easily but she's not in a great position for getting things done around the house. She likes to be a little more upright - thought a wrap would be the way to go.

Wow that was easy! lol

When she was born she lay down in it, but now at 3 months I have her in a more upright position, with neck supported and she loves it, she just stares and smiles at me!

Might put her in it when she wakes up,

What colour are you getting?

BeehiveBaby · 17/03/2009 11:33

How much does she weigh? If more than 12lb, I would go for a woven rather than stretchy sling, eg. Ellaroo or Girasol.

Bella73 · 17/03/2009 11:33

Go for it, I love mine and used it for both dds for months and months. Very useful.

Disenchanted3 · 17/03/2009 11:33

this place is fab, quick delivery and lots of colours

McDreamy · 17/03/2009 11:33

Told you I was easily influenced. Watching watching instructions on how to put in on on You tube last night. Loos straight forward once you have the knack. Do you use it alot?

There is a chocolate one for sale on ebay for £26 (brand new).

I bought my hotsling from the big mama website.

She only weighs 8lb BeeHive.

I tend to use mine more for when pottering around the house because I have a pushchair obsession and like to take them out! lol.

But If Im going tfor a short walk I will take the sling.

Think I will use it more now summer is comming, it was often a bit difficult to get her in with snow suit on!

BeehiveBaby · 17/03/2009 11:48

You will get lots of use out of it then . I have had two stupidly fat babies so was nervous that your 6wk old would be swinging around your knees. The Moby D ones are nice to learn with (never lose the middle) and a little airy-er for summer.

BeehiveBaby · 17/03/2009 11:50

These are finer, so good for summer too.

Still not quite done it - wondering what the difference is between a moby, kari-me and a hugabub!
