Which changing bag for a Nipper double buggy?

the woman in the buggy shop told us we would need a skip hop double, which at £75 gets a big NO and a face like this
anyone know which other bags will fit over/attach to the handle? don't want to put the changing bag in the basket underneath as I like to have easy access to it..

i wouldnt hang any bag off nippers handles as it tips very easily!!
worst buggy i know for tipping (and ive tried most!)

babymel might work otherwise I was going to suggest the skip hop double

you can get these velcro ataching hook things that mean you can hook any bag to the handle- bit like these shop.babyworld.co.uk/DisplayDetail.aspx?prodid=1265
or you can find them for sale on ebay too- I use them on mountain buggy handles and they are great- will adjust to any handle really.... and then you cna use existing bag

You wouldn't want to chuck a bag that big over your shoulder anyway would you? When going into babygroup or whatever? The pockets on the back are very accessible, not like a basket, especially if one DC is older and therfore more likely to be sat up.
