How much would you say a 2nd hand Phil and Teds is worth?

I want to sell my P&T and my neighbour is interested in buying it. Not sure how much to ask for though? I want to give it to her for a bit less than I could sell it elsewhere iyswim.

Its about 3 years old. The E3 model (not sport). Its in good condition with a few things that need mentioning - the wire in the hood pokes out a little bit of a hole in the end.
There is a little tear on the basket.
Under the front footrest the fabric is frayed from DS1 pressing it onto the wheel! (only noticeable from underneath though)
Apart from those it looks and works fine.

I have the pram, raincover, 2 saddle bags, small P&T hang bag, doubles seat (the sport one that reclines) plus cocoon for newborn.

Any ideas what price I should ask?
I tried looking on ebay but got confused as so many different things for sale.

Just to give you some idea.

I bought mine in about that condition from E-bay and I think I paid £280 for it, but mine didn't come with the cocoon or the saddle bags, or the P&T hang bag.

I sold mine to a friend about 18 months ago for £150 but could probably have got £250 on ebay at that time. However, selling it to my friend meant I didn't have to faff about on ebay and I'd bought it at a good price to start with. I didn't sell the accessories with it either (they went on ebay a year later!!).
