Samsung American Fridge Freezer - what temp should the fridge be

The fridge part seems to be broken its not cold at all, the only temp options are 1-6 is this cool enough, its def broke though, does anyone know what this could be, its only about 9 months old.

fridge temp should be 4 degrees or less. so called frost free fridges can frost up out of sight and mess up the workings, i understnd. try a defrosting run and see if it fixes it, but it shoud be in warranty shouldnt it?

plus 4 for fridge
minus 18 for freezer is what i have, but its not an american samsung

Yes, its under warranty, the engineer came out today, its got a fault so they are ordering me a new one.
