May I ask why it needs to be pink?
Argos have a very reasonably priced silvery one in their basics range.

i wouldn't bother personally, does her mum have a cd player to put it on?
she won't appreciate it at a year old so your money might be better spent on other things!

yes the family does have other cd players, but just thought it would be a gd idea for her to have her own little one . that she an her big sis can take into the plastic cottage thay have and play in , which is in the dinning rm

You are going to be popular with your daughter/son.

A Barney CD which incorporates her name about 40 times throughout the songs.

Sounds excrutiating lovely.

Hope you have a good 1st birthday party with her.

My aunt bought ds (now 6) a cd player for his 1st birthday (I asked her to) and he still uses it now - although I think it's about to pack up because ds' friend dropped it off his cabin bed. He always has a cd on for bed.
