stroller for 2.5 yr old

can any one recommend a suitable buggy/stroller for my ds.i walk everywhere and buggy is often loaded with shopping.my ds is quite big and looks a bit uncomfortable in my chicco stroller now, plus it is likely to collapse any day now.I need sturdy ish stroller easy to push on to buses etc, that will last the 6months or so until we ditch the pushchair and walk.

I have a Maclaren XT for my DS and he is a BIG 2.8YO, he looks alright in it would love to get an XLR if I had the money as they are a bit wider but if your on a budget the XT is the one to go for

I got mine from Ebay for £50 and it was well worth it because they are quite sturdy they last through 2 and 3 kids no problem.
