Anyone know the difference between an Emmaljunga duolift and quadralift?

I went into a pram shop today to have a look at a duolift and the man said they don't make them anymore but they do a quadralift instead at a cost of £150!!!!! He didn't hold any in stock so I couldn't have a look at one in rl. I'd like 2 but not at that price. I've been checking ebay but wondered if there's much difference between the 2 before I make my decision.

Is that the little soft carrycot thing?

My local pram store told us they were a waste of money when we got our Emmaljunga Cerox, it said it was suitable from 6 months but she had checked the recline and it was totally flat and when she contacted Emmaljunga they said they say 6 months as it's their recommendation rather than what you have to do if that makes sense and then they said the gradient on most of the Emmaljunga pushchairs is perfect for a newborn

If you can get away with out the carrycot bit then go for it, I thought they were awful small as well.

Yes, it's the carrycot. I have a double something-or-other that doesn't fit through my front door and the 2 little ones I look after usually only sleep if I take them out in the pram which means we're stuck outside once they're asleep so I thought that if they were in the carrycots then I could lift them in and keep them asleep a bit longer. However, I can't justify the cost for new ones.

Interesting that you thought they were small because the brochure says suitable until 3yrs so I thought in carrycot mode they might be a bit more spacious than other soft carrycots.

I don't often have the 2 together so can really manage without but I liked the look of them (which is obviously a good enough reason to buy something!!!!)!!
