Please help me choose a cookery book for SIL's bday

SIL's bday on Wednesday. Shes a fantastic semi-professional cook (loves Indian food, lives in Spain, is a bit of a hippy!). I'd like to get her a recipe book but am unsure what shes got. Can you recommend any?

Dear Francesca is fantastic. It's part cook book, part historical family history. It's written by one owner of a fabulous Italian deli in Edinburgh and I think it was turned into a series on Radio 4.
