BEAUTlFUL · 01/03/2009 00:07

Does anybody live near a chemist that stocks Ashton & Parsons powders? Where I live, they are sold out everywhere and have been for months.

If you live near a stockist, could I please pay you to buy several packets for me and send them over? I have PayPal. I'm DESPERATE!!

Thanks so much in advance.

They were out of stock her for a while but a back now. Have you asked your chemist to check? I need to get some so I could get you some tomorrow if you want? Where in the country are you? I'm in Kent and A&P are everywhere!

Oooh, that'd be fab. I'm in Surrey. They've been out of stock here since November. DS2 is now cutting his molars and I only have 2 sachets left. They're the only thing that works on him.

If you could send some, you'd be saving our lives! Do you have PayPal? If you could get me 3 packets, that should keep us going until they reappear here.

They're about £2.90 each, aren't they? if you CAT me your PayPal details, I can send you the money.

No worries and DH has paypal. I'm going to Boots tomorrow my email is michelle_emma @ hotmail dot com. I'll be back on here tomorrow (I am addicted!) and I'll post to let you know I've got them. Bloody well hope they haven't sold out here!

I heard that they'd stopped making them. Something about the lactose in them I think.

Marthasmama · 01/03/2009 08:26

They were out of stock for ages and only came back a month or so ago. I think you might be right about the lactose though Everso. My DD doesn't have lactose problems so she's fine with them.

Bad bad news. Boots were out of stock. But fear not (well not yet anyway) I will go to the chemists tomorrow and see if they have them. If they don't I can ask why. My DD loves them and opens her mouth for them now. I hope they've got some....

Glad to be of help - I nearly threw them out a few weeks ago, but never got round to it!!!

BettySwollux · 04/03/2009 21:37

Have you tried homeopathic teething powders? By Nelsons or boots own brand. All I use for DS2 (mind Ive not tried A&P) but I think theyre fab.

ShellyS · 04/03/2009 22:52

I bought some yesterday for DD in Boots in Coulsdon. Did you still need some???

They seemed to have quite alot in stock from memory.

ShellyS · 04/03/2009 22:52
