A tea set for a boy?

Can anyone point me in the direction of a nice, reasonably priced tea set that isnt pink?
I want to buy one for my friends DS's birthday as he loves my Ds's tea set. Mine was from Woolies though, so cant get one the same.
I remember at the time I got DS's, that it took me ages to find a nice brightly coloured one at a good price that wasnt pink!

Not sure what you class as reasonably-priced?

I recently brought a Mickey Mouse Clubhouse one from the Disney store - it comes in a huge plastic teapot and has 4 brightly-coloured cups, plates, knives, forks, spoons, a teapot, a milk carton and a pretend cake - it cost £10 which I thought was reasonable and my DS1 loves it.

My DS has this

And he loves it.

Although we did butch it up a bit by adding a compass & whistle iyswim.

Ds has got a tea set from Tescos which is blue and yellow. Was about £4 I think.

He's also got a picnic set (also Tesco) which comes in a mini basket. It doesn't have cups and saucers but comes with plates, knives & forks, beakers and a flask. Also about £4.

I think ELC do a china one with colourful spots.

ELC maybe?

I got DS's from Hamleys - it is red and blue

ContainsMildPeril · 26/02/2009 12:52

Oh and i guess it's not very reasonably priced - but it is real china.

ELC do blue and green set.

Will look in Tescos - I like the sound of the picnic set!
I'm thinking of about £10 as a price.

The Disney one sounds just like my Woolies one, so will look at that too!

Thanks
