First walking shoes - not Clarks and not pink - pleeeease!

DD is starting to walk properly and needs a new pair of shoes.

She has a pair of clarks cruising shoes, but i am trying to find something that is not pink or overly girly, which will support her properly.

Other than Clarks and Start-rite, does anyone have any good suggestions?
Oh - needs to be size 3 - i know most start at size 4

I had this problem last week. dd has just gone up to a 4, and like you say all the clarks/startrite ones are way too pink at the moment and just look bad. I found chipmunk shoes,though they may not do size three. this site seems good . I also found ebay good for chipmunk shoes, they fit e -f fittings well. There are squeaker shoes too which have some nice mary jane styles ebay again.this site is also good, albeit slightly more money
