Bugaboo Bee owners - anyone had problem with handlebar clips?

I had to send my Bee off to be repaired as one of the white clips that undo to move the handlebar had come loose. Was quite annoying as baby is only 9 months so we haven't got a lot of use out of it. The shop lent us their display model to use while ours was being repaired, and now I've found the clip on that one is getting loose too, and on the same side. Thing is, I don't think I've been particularly heavy handed with them, and have been extra careful with the shop's one.
I was wondering if anyone else has found this happened, or if I haven't been as careful as I thought?

So you haven't found the handlebar to be weak or rickety at all, even if it's extended fully?

No, seems fine on mine.
I move it about a fair bit too as I have it extended when DS1 is on buggyboard, then further if not, and I always put it right in to fold it down for the car.
