Does anyone have a kids digital camera for their 3YO?

I was thinking of getting one of these for DS's 3rd BDay but not sure which one to get as there seem to be a few and are they as tough as they say?

Recommendations please?

have just ordered a blue fisherprice camera for dd1 who is 3.5 years as she is obssessed with my camera they are doing them cheap on ebay @ the mo found mine for £35
