Calling all Bug Cam owners. A few months ago we had a problem with the seat on the pram. When holding in the two round white buttons to move the seat position from flat/upright/in between they refused to "pop" back out so the seat was never secure. The pram was still under guarantee so took back to John Lewis and they replaced the seat part. Pram is now out of guarantee, and the same has happened. Not a huge problem as DS weight keeps the pram in chosen position but we are hoping to use pram again for next DC (god willing) so.....
anyone else had this problem and how did you fix it??
