I'd like a new mobile phone.... Recommend me one please!

The main thing I am after is ease/speed of texting as that's pretty much all I use it for. I have a Motorola PEBL at the moment and it's very fiddly to text on. Also quite like the look of the 'slide' ones....

I love the nokia 6500 classic - not a slidey one but it's looooovely

I've just got an LG Cookie and really like it. Its touch screen, you can either text using your thumb or the stylus, or if you turn the phone sideways a keyboard appears on the touch screen and you can "type" a message.

I have the Sony Ericsson C902 and it is lovely. Feels solid in my hand and so easy to text and good for photos too.

Stripey - I was peeering over someone's shoulder in the post office queue the other day trying to figure out what phone they were using - sounds like it was that one Touch screen looked fab....

I've just got a nokia e71 and am pleased with it. In fact I'm posting this message from it!

I got my Cookie with Virgin. On a £!4 a month contract, 150mis, 250 texts, phone was free. Web use is 30p a day which I thought was good.

Nokia 6300. Got one for my sister recently for her birthday £88 from O2 payg. DH works in mobile technology and has used lots through his work and he recommended this one.

Oh, i've just posted the same question in 'geeky stuff' except i want a fancy phone .

So sorry for the hijack pinkpusseycat but can anybody recommend a phone (as well as the iphone):

1. with internet access
2. with a camera
3. with a decent diary function (pref. one that will synch with outlook)
4. that will synch with itunes

the LG cookie sounds nice stripey - does it do all of the above???
