Zingtonestv website for so called free downloads DO NOT USE!!!!!

Not sure this is the right place to put this but wanted to warn you all who have dcs with a mobile. Tell them NOT to go on this website claiming free downloads of songs to their phones.

My DD browsed the site on her phone decided not to do anything then was sent a text which she did not reply to just deleted and it took £3 off her credit. When I went on the site it said that it costs £3 A WEEK and that it will automatically take off the credit. We sent stop to a number and are hoping that this will rectify the situation but I have been on line and found a gazillion other complaints about this site for the same thing.

Have tried to complain via e-mail but it was sent back to me saying I have no autorisation what ever that is supposed to mean!

Also depending on network provider may be worth asking for a premium rate SMS bar. Only T mobile and Vodafone do this though.

Thanks onadietcokebreak but I have tried the phonepayplus complaints service and it only seems to deal with complaints for premium line numbers and my DD accessed this site through her mobile phone browser.

Will try to bar but she is with Orange and they are crap at most things so don't hold out any hope.
