Need something to help 2 year old reach sink

Would love any tips people could offer..

our bathroom sink is built into a cabinet with the walls on both sides( vanity style?) so can only be reached from the front. Is there anything I can buy to help ds wash his hands - at the moment I have to hold him up!

Thanks for your help

We had steps from Ikea

You can get little plastic steps in Mothercare.
I got one (two actually, have one in kitchen too!) from Ikea as they are very similar but cheaper!

Ikea do a slightly higher than average stool - a white one with grey nonslip dots on the top - if that's any help. We have an awkwardly positioned sink that's also quite high and it works great.

IKEA do two heights of stool, we have both.

we have the Ikea wooden stool with 2 steps on it ... be careful though because ds forgot he was up on his and stepped off into fresh air .. and broke his arm!

Thanks, I have seen some steps - but because he'll be coming from the front rather than the side I didn't know if I need anything different. Will try the wooden ones and see

I have the ikea ones too,

there is a little half step which is this www.ikea.com/gb/en/catalog/products/60101063

Then there is this one which is twice the height. www.ikea.com/gb/en/catalog/products/30060846

My 2 year old uses the white one to stand at the worktop in our kitchen to "help" me make dinner
