thonas take along die cast trains

got given some brand new ones for my lo..

do your chip as easily as mine...chipped already in package....paint off

think they may not be safe for my one at 18 months even though he dose not put toys in mouth... paint may be ingested
having said that i am sure chipped paint would be as easily ingested with a 3 year old anyway so....

just wanted other folk experience with take along thomas die cast trains

mine have chipped but only with lots of bashing from 3yr old and 18m old old! would take a few months tho to show signs of use, shouldn't be like that bnip?

oh yes i have three ds' and the two youngest have been playing with their eldest brothers once since around first bday. no probs!
