I don't actually have an iPod, but set up the software on our computer for my husband's, and use iTunes myself for making CDs etc. One of my mates has got a new iPod and wants me to load my music library onto it for her. When I connected her iPod to my computer, instead of just downloading everything automatically (as my husband's one had done), it just displayed the "Do not disconnect" message and then stayed like that till the battery went flat. I've looked on the support website, but can't find anything that relates to using a new iPod with your existing music library. Can anyone help? What should I do?
