....a white, wooden bread bin, possibly with up and over front (think garage door!). DH is convinced he's seen one somewhere, but we cant find it in the obvious places, and it would fit soooooo well in our new kitchen. Any suggestions?

You could buy a wooden one and paint it if you can't find one. Did this with a big mirror and it still looks fab years on.

I've seen plain wooden ones like that in Fenwicks or John Lewis maybe, but a while back.

Thanks folks, I like that one KingCanute, but when you click on it says not available. Have considered painting one, that will be a last resort tho', methinks! New kitchen is a B and Q one, nothing flash!
