Have I left it too late to get a boy's winter coat?

I was hoping my 4yo DS would last the winter in his old (last year's) winter coat but after a big growth spurt it is now far too small. Have I left it too late to find one in the shops? I have looked in a few places without any luck so far. All I want is a reasonably warm, shower proof anorak-type coat that doesn't cost a fortune. Any ideas where I might find one?

Thanks

hey,
Have a look in TKMaxx, they have coats still and they have some in clearance too. I got ds a lovely coat for 6 pound last week from there.

don't forget Tescos, sainsburys and asda, they normally have very cheap coats

Millets seem to do coats all year round, so may be worth a try?

There were loads in decathlon this morning. Anywhere selling skiwear should have some.

Vertbaudet have some in the sale

Thanks all. Due to extreme laziness I didn't make it to the shops but have ordered one from Vertbaudet for half price. Not yet arrived but looked good in the pics.

Thanks for your help (especially Pinkchampagne).
