That's it basically.

My mum wants something that is easy to fold and fits in her boot. She only has DS once a fortnight so it doesn't need to be anything super-snazzy, but would be good if it included a raincover/footmuff.

Any suggestions?

How old is your DS and how basic do you want to go?
We've got the Mothecare Jive for DS who is 16 months. It's only £30 and the accessory pack contains a raincover and hood.
It is fairly basic but does fold down small and easily and is light. And DS much prefers it to his old buggy as he can see more and sit up straighter.

this??

DS is 18mo so won't be in it much longer I think. Will look that one up, thanks.

Any other recommendations?

I'd spotted that one, Disenchanted, and it seemed like a good buy. Have forwarded link to my mum. Are Chicco alright?

I had that chicco buggy and it was good except for 1 thing, after 3 months the foam on both handles all ripped, i was using it every day but it still should of lasted longer than that, took it back for a refund. It may be ok for you as it wont be used as much.

We've got a McLaren Volo, £40, great for traveling, it has a shoulder strap, really light.
