Ok I know our new car will eventually get messy but we are getting it tomorrow and I don't want it covered in mud from pram wheels and muddy boots straight away. I'm thinking of getting something to line and protect the boot with- any recommendations?

You can buy plastic boot liners to fit the model of your car. They are fab and can taken out easily to clean.

im getting a boot liner..... same position, new car on wednesday. Shame is, its a mobility car so not even ours to wreck!

Have got throws for the back seats so the kids dont make a mess and will be budgeting for valets!

the one we have is like a plastic tray with a lip.

just looked up the rigid ones - ebay £25 or so, so probably worth it!

Only down side will be how to store it in the car if i need to use the back row of seats!

We have a plastic boot liner that fits the car boot (optional extra with the car) - very sturdy plastic, and a very thick bumper protection mat from these people (bottom of the page) that sits on top of it. Bumper mat is fab and huge (longer even than an Audi A6 boot).
