Would a Mountain Buggy Urban Double suit an older child?

I need a buggy to do some jogging and outside exercise and I have a 4 year old and an 8 month old. There is just no chance of my dd keeping up with my (snails) pace so I have been looking into doubles and this seems to rate highly. I would only get a secondhand one as obviously I won't need it to be my main pushchair. However we don't have a stockist nearby so I can't sit dd in one to see how she fits. She is quite short for 4. I know the double is supposed to be only a bit wider than the single so does this mean that the seats are a bit squished?

my 4 year old fits very comfortably in ours still, and he isn't particularly short!
