My DS has had the fisher price Little People one for two years now. It is still as good as new (ie nothing broken off it) and it is played with every day. Great toy. £20

We bought ds one for Xmas by Plan Toys. It has a lift and 2 ramps plus little hut with an attendnat inside and a car wash. It cost £40.00 from www.woodandtoys.co.uk. Ds is now 2.6 yo and loves it.

ELC have a realsonbly big garage in their sale. I will go and look for a link....

elc at £30 (i think) our ds's was passed on from family.... its brill and still like new no broken bits...

ELC garages

Toys R Us have some for under £20 that look quite good.

We got DS the ELC one for Christmas and it's been great, very sturdy.

My DS got the ELC one for his 2nd birthday and it is still in one peice

Another vote of ELC, the plan city one looks quite impressive, but it's starter pack is a lot more basic than the ELC one.

Plan city here, it was reduced before Christmas from £40 to £24 in Boots of all places. Fot it for ds2 (18mths at time) and he loves it. Have wooden track etc which you get from elc or tescos which is compatable

I got the Plan City "City Garage" (£30) for DS2 just before was 3. It's lovely and sturdy.
