Hi, my son is only 12 months old but is very big and tall - weighs 12.5 kg (28 lb).
The harness on the Loola is now really tight and I'm sure I've now got them on the longest setting. It's supposed to be suitable to 20 kg so what am I doing wrong? I can't get the straps to fasten at all if I'm using the footmuff. Is there anything I can get to lengthen the straps if all else fails?
