Has anyone purchased from 'Precious Little Ones' ?

I've had a nightmare time with Two Left Feet, my buggy still hasn't arrived, no refund and my baby is due in 8 days
I have found the same buggy on 'Precious little Ones' but am reluctant to steam on in and buy another without knowing their reliability.
Please can you let me know if you have bought from them and your experience...thanks

Again (I always say this, but I'm not alone) I'd check out Lullaby's. Not as cheap as Bambino, 2LF but then they actually send the stuff! And aftercare is fantastic. The guarantee really means something, and their helpline staff are so knowledgable and patient (why is baby equipment often as complicated as a Rubix Cube?).

hello Dawnus I order my first buggy from Precious Little Ones and they delivered promptly and I no problems with them. Ive also ordered from Kiddicare.com as I heard good reviews about them. Out of the two I found Kiddicare to be a little cheaper.

Horrendous customer service. Having used several baby websites, I thought they would be ok also but NOPE. Car seat ordered in June for Jully delivery, by September and several chases we asked for a refund but as they REFUND YOU THROUGH PAYPAL, PAYPAL TAKE A FEE AND THEY SAY "TOUGH LUCK".

Tried to get them to refund the paypal fee and they say, not their problem as paypal dedcuted it.

Stated not in terms and conditions as says you get a FULL REFUND - had email now saying won't refund it.

Seems to me that as the order is cancelled, they don't care about retaining any goodwill.

BEWEARE IF NOT IN STOCK DONT ORDER AS IF YOU CANCEL LATER YOU GET BACK LESS THAN YOU PAID THEM AND THEY TAKE THE MONEY STRAIGHT AWAY rather than waiting to charge you when they get stock.

Asked customer services manager if I could speak to her boss and she said no and to write in.

Lovely attitude - very upset and will never ever use them again.

Sorry you had a bad time with them, Mama. I ordered my Jane tandem from them and it arrived very promptly, a good bit cheaper than quite a few other places. No problems. Obviously can't speak for the refund problems.
