Mould on Plastic!!! Any ideas how to remove it please????

I have been tidying the loft for moving and have found my Tiny Tears doll covered in mould on her face. I have tried J&J baby bath, Fairy washing up liquid and Cif with bleach and great ideas welcome.

I'm gutted
