Guys, be warned. Save yourself the trouble, and buy from another vendor.
I have had two seperate issues with purchases from BambinoDirect. On the first, they sent us the worng merchandise (baby changing table), and then after 1 month of calling and chasing them, they sent a replacement, only to find they still sent the worng item again. It then took another month of calling and chasing them only to get the wrong item delivered again. Finally, 1 week after the birth of our son, and me having to threaten them with filing a faudulent charge claim, they responded with the correct merchandise.
Second, I bought a Bugaboo Bee. The brakes completely failed after 4 months of use, and now is a huge safety risk. I emailed BambinoDirect, and after three weeks never heard anything - I then called them and waited on hold for 15 minutes only to find they have a returns policy which requires us to mail the merchandise back to them, repaired, and then sent back to us. Obviously they are not too concerned with the fact that we cant go 2-3 weeks without a pram. And, after the lack of communication they have demonstrated, I am not sure I would even trust their estimate of 2-3 weeks.
