hello!

Is it worth spending £40 on a folding trmpolie from a fitness centre that we can both use, or get a small kid's one, or get a cheapy Asda one?

Do the folding ones really work?

Has anyone used it for effective weight loss / bouncing off the bulge?

I got one from Argos for about £20 10 years ago and it was great - similar to this. Great at relieving stress and everyone who came to visit insisted on having a go.

thank you!

Is it noisy when you bounce? Would my OH get cross if he was in the same room (he's quite grumpy) ?

I don't have it anymore as we moved from a ground floor flat to one with neighbours underneath and my fear that I might visit them unexpectedly one day! I don't remember it being noisy - the trampoline itself that is. I do remember noise coming from my huffing and puffing.
