Will my Quinny Buzz be able to move in the snow?

Before I lug my Quinny Buzz down the stairs of our flats I wondered if anyone knew if the Buzz is capable of going over the snow or if I should just stay indoors?

well I have an (old) Quinny Freestyle and it was absolutely fabulous in the snow today
