Anyone know how long the guarantee on a Bugaboo is?

I have had our Bugaboo Cam for...maybe 22 months.
The frame is quite twisted and the buttons to lock the angle of the seat wil no longer lock in place. It had a year of constant use and then 6 months of more sporadic use but surely should have lasted longer?!!

Will it still be under guarantee?
Anyone been there, dont that and know the process?

yes 24 months either take it back to the shop where you bought it from or phone up bugaboo direct.
